Specialist Charter for Golf, Sport & Production Travel

Private jet and coordinated air charter solutions for golf escapes, sporting events, film and television productions, energy-sector travel and complex global itineraries.

Some journeys require more than a conventional private flight. A golf retreat in Scotland, a team movement to an international match, a production crew travelling with sensitive equipment, an executive visit to a remote energy site or a private leisure itinerary with multiple aircraft sectors all demand a more specialist form of aviation planning.

Our Specialist Charter for Golf, Sport & Production Travel service is designed for clients whose itinerary is shaped by purpose, timing and logistical precision. It brings together private jet access, specialist charter planning and selected helicopter coordination where required, with particular relevance for golf travel in Scotland and internationally.

Fleet

Aircraft are selected according to passenger profile, luggage, equipment, range, runway access and the operational requirements of the journey.

The available aircraft categories may include:

Turboprops

Efficient for shorter regional sectors, smaller airports and routes where access is more important than cabin scale.

Very light and light jets

Suitable for short private movements, executive travel, weekend escapes and direct access to regional airports.

Midsize and super midsize jets

Appropriate for longer European routes, golf groups, business teams and travellers requiring a stronger balance of cabin comfort, luggage space and range.

Large cabin and global jets

Designed for long-range private travel, intercontinental routes and clients requiring greater comfort, privacy, luggage capacity and onboard space.

VIP airliners

Relevant for larger private groups, touring teams, production crews, sponsor delegations and event-led travel requiring scale, privacy and tailored onboard arrangements.

Helicopter coordination

Available where the itinerary requires a final short sector, golf course access, remote landing capability or time-sensitive transfers. This is especially useful in Scotland, where private aviation can be combined with helicopter movement to selected estates, resorts, links courses or remote locations, subject to permissions and operational conditions.

Golf Travel

This product is especially relevant for clients planning elevated golf journeys in Scotland and internationally.

Private aviation can support access to classic links destinations, private clubs, resort courses, pro-am events, tournament hospitality, family golf escapes and multi-course itineraries. Golf equipment, luggage, tee times, ground transfers and hotel arrivals can be coordinated as part of the same journey architecture.

In Scotland, private jet and helicopter charter can make complex golf itineraries more fluid, connecting Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Inverness or regional airports with the country’s most important golfing landscapes. Internationally, the same structure can support golf travel across Ireland, England, Continental Europe, the Middle East, the United States, the Caribbean and other high-end golfing destinations.

Sport Charter

For sporting travel, private air charter can support teams, players, officials, sponsors, corporate guests, agents, lawyers, accountants and supporter groups travelling to events worldwide.

Services may include:

• Team travel for squads and staff
• Private flights for players, officials, sponsors and VIP guests
• Group flights for supporters
• Travel to major sporting events and tournaments
• Pre-match, post-match and training schedule coordination
• Direct access to airports closer to venues or training grounds
• Last-minute travel for transfer talks, medicals or personal commitments

For athletes and teams, the value lies in timing, privacy and recovery. For sponsors and guests, the aircraft can become part of a broader hospitality experience, with tailored catering, guest coordination and discreet service from departure to arrival.

Film, Television and Production Travel

Film and television work often involves shifting schedules, multi-destination shoots, cast, crew, valuable equipment and strict time windows. Specialist charter planning can help production teams reach filming locations worldwide with greater control over timing and security.

Services may include:

• Cast and crew movements
• Transport for valuable or sensitive equipment
• Multi-destination filming itineraries
• Tight time-restriction planning
• Dedicated flight management
• Coordination around location schedules
• Privacy and security-focused travel arrangements

The purpose is to keep the production moving, with aircraft and route planning shaped around the realities of filming rather than standard travel patterns.

Energy, Remote-Site and Corporate Charter

For oil, gas and energy-related travel, private jet and helicopter charter can support crew movements, executive visits, remote-site access and complex multi-leg operations.

This may include:

• Bespoke itineraries for remote areas
• Crew changes
• Extra security for high-risk locations
• Aircraft retained for multiple trips
• Reduced transfer time for contractors and executives
• Coordinated private aviation for regions with limited commercial access

This makes the service particularly suitable for clients whose travel depends on reliability, timing and access to locations that are poorly served by scheduled flights.

Exclusive Elite Travel Perspective

For Exclusive Elite Travel clients, this product differs from standard on-demand private jet charter through its specialist use cases. It is designed for itineraries where the flight must respond to a defined purpose: golf, sport, production, entertainment, energy, remote access or complex group logistics.

A meaningful charter begins with the operational brief: who is travelling, what equipment is required, which venue or site must be reached, how fixed the schedule is, and whether the journey needs one aircraft or a coordinated combination of jet, turboprop and helicopter sectors.

From there, the right aircraft, route, timing and support structure can be shaped with discretion, so the journey serves the purpose of the trip with precision.
