Private Jet Seasonal Calendar
Tailored private jet access for Mediterranean summers, autumn wine regions, winter alpine resorts, spring cultural escapes and global event travel.
Tailored private jet access for Mediterranean summers, autumn wine regions, winter alpine resorts, spring cultural escapes and global event travel.
Some journeys are defined by destination. Others are defined by season.
Our Private Jet Seasonal Calendar product is designed for travellers whose plans follow the natural rhythm of the year: summer islands, autumn vineyards, winter mountains, spring cultural capitals, world-class events and last-minute escapes to warmer climates.
This product is differentiated by its seasonal intelligence. Rather than presenting private aviation as a generic point-to-point service, it places aircraft access within the calendar of luxury travel, where timing, airport slots, peak demand and destination character all matter.
Fleet
Clients have access to a global network of more than 3,500 private aircraft, selected according to route, passenger number, luggage, schedule, airport access and cabin expectations.
Aircraft categories include:
Very Light Jets
Efficient aircraft for shorter sectors, discreet city pairs and small private groups.
Light Jets
A practical solution for European routes, weekend escapes and small-group leisure travel, with well-equipped cabins and strong regional airport access.
Super Light Jets
A useful step up for travellers seeking more comfort, range and cabin space on short to medium sectors.
Midsize Jets
Suitable for longer European routes, Mediterranean travel and clients requiring additional cabin comfort and baggage capacity.
Super Midsize Jets
A strong choice for extended regional travel, seasonal routes and private itineraries where range and comfort must work together.
Heavy Jets
Designed for longer journeys, larger cabins, enhanced onboard comfort and greater luggage capacity.
Ultra Long Range Jets
The right category for intercontinental private travel, long-haul leisure, business travel and global routes requiring privacy and continuity.
VIP Airliners
Appropriate for larger private groups, corporate movements, event travel and high-capacity luxury charters.
Aircraft may include recognised private jet models from manufacturers such as Cessna, Embraer, Bombardier, Gulfstream and Dassault, depending on aircraft availability and mission profile.
Services
The service can include:
- On-demand private jet charter
- Aircraft selection by season, route and passenger profile
- Private terminal access where available
- Streamlined airport procedures
- Flight planning and route optimisation
- Slot and peak-season timing coordination
- Bespoke onboard catering
- Ground transfer coordination
- Family, business and leisure travel planning
- Private jet access to events and festivals
- Last-minute charter support, subject to aircraft and slot availability

Early booking is particularly important during peak periods. Summer island airports, winter alpine gateways and major event dates often experience high demand, limited slot availability and operational restrictions. Planning ahead gives access to better aircraft options, more suitable timings and a smoother private aviation experience.
Summer: Mediterranean Islands and Coastal Escapes
Summer private jet travel is shaped by demand, timing and access. Mediterranean destinations become highly requested, and preferred departure times can be limited by aircraft availability, airport slots and seasonal airport congestion.
Key summer destinations include:
Capri
Reached by private jet to Naples, followed by onward transfer to the island. Capri remains one of Italy’s most elegant summer addresses, known for its Dolce Vita spirit, sea views, designer boutiques, glamorous hotels and Mediterranean rhythm.
Olbia and Costa Smeralda
The gateway to north-eastern Sardinia, with turquoise waters, white beaches, Porto Cervo, yacht charters and private villas. Olbia is particularly useful for clients connecting to the Costa Smeralda or embarking on a yacht.
Ibiza
A versatile Balearic destination, combining beach clubs, fine dining, traditional tapas, luxury hotels, yoga retreats and nightlife.
Santorini
A Greek island defined by caldera views, whitewashed villages, volcanic beaches and romantic sunsets.
Mykonos
One of the most requested private jet destinations in the Cyclades, known for beach clubs, luxury resorts, Greek dining, 300 days of sunshine per year and a highly social summer atmosphere.
Autumn: Wine, Culture and Softer Travel
Autumn brings a more measured rhythm to private jet travel. October marks the peak of the wine harvest season in many European regions, making it a refined period for vineyard journeys, culinary itineraries and cultural weekends.
Relevant autumn travel can include wine regions in France, Italy and wider Europe, where private aviation allows travellers to move between estates, historic towns, country hotels and cultural capitals with precision.
Winter: Alpine Resorts and Snow Travel
Winter private jet travel is defined by mountain access, luggage, weather and proximity to ski resorts. Selected winter destinations are close to private airports or suitable regional gateways, allowing travellers to reduce time in transit and arrive closer to the slopes.
Relevant alpine destinations include Gstaad, St. Moritz, Courchevel, Kitzbühel, Cortina d’Ampezzo and other European winter resorts, with aircraft selected according to luggage, ski equipment, airport performance and seasonal conditions.
For ski travel, luggage planning is essential. Snow equipment, winter wardrobes and family travel requirements must be considered when choosing the aircraft.
Spring: Cultural Capitals and Riviera Travel
Spring is an elegant time for cultural escapes, especially before peak summer congestion. Destinations such as Paris, the Côte d’Azur, Venice, Milan, Rome, Florence and other European cities can be combined with art, fashion, gastronomy, private events and early-season coastal stays.
The French Riviera is particularly well suited to spring and autumn travel, when the region can be experienced with more space and a softer tempo.
Events and Festivals
Private jet access is also valuable for major events where demand concentrates around specific dates.
Relevant event travel may include:
- Cannes Film Festival
- Monaco Grand Prix
- Venice Film Festival
- Cannes Yachting Festival
- Milan Fashion Week
- Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
- Art Basel
- Summer sports and arts events across Europe
For these journeys, timing is critical. Preferred landing and take-off slots should be secured early, especially when the destination hosts a globally significant event.
Exclusive Elite Travel Perspective
For Exclusive Elite Travel clients, this product is best positioned as seasonal private jet access for the luxury travel calendar. Its value lies in matching aviation to the moment: Mykonos in summer, wine regions in autumn, Gstaad in winter, the Riviera in spring, or Monaco during Grand Prix week.
The aircraft is selected around the route, season, luggage, passenger profile and airport conditions. The wider journey can then be aligned with villas, yachts, hotels, ski chalets, events, private guides and ground transfers.
A request begins with the season, destination and preferred travel rhythm. From there, the right aircraft, schedule and access strategy can be shaped with discretion.
