VISIT OF TENUTA TORCIANO WINERY & LUNCH
At the end of the flight you will return to Tenuta Torciano. Here you will be welcome directly by Pierluigi Giachi, owner and winemaker, and he will give you a great welcome with a glass of Champagne introducing you the story of its family since 1720.
Pierluigi will show you the cellar and barrel room, the you will visit the helycal vineyard, a unique vineyard shaped like a circle. According to the season, you will enjoy a delicious lunch in the vineyard, or in a private room inside the cellar.
The lunch experience consists of a vertical tasting of 13 Tuscan traditional and gourmet products, including some special vintages and limited editions. During this time you will learn how to drink and combine beverage and food in the right way.
The 4-course lunch will include:
Appetizer with typical Tuscan salumi and cheeses with local bruschette.
Tuscan ribollita with vegetables and fine extravirgin olive oil cold pressing.
Truffle lasagna
Stewed boar with selected olives
RETURN
