HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

In ancient times, Bodrum was known as the home of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, built by Artemisia II, who adopted and considerably developed this beautiful city on the Aegean coast, dating back to the 4th century BC. Throughout history, it has retained its status as an important and coveted port city during Persian, Greek, Italian, and Ottoman rule. It was not until the mid-20th century that it found popularity in Turkey as a promising archaeological treasure, and then in 1970, Bodrum became a paradise for tourists from all over the world in search of beauty, thanks to the efforts and vision of entrepreneurs who fell in love with it.

A village on the shores of the Aegean Sea, bathed in sunshine, balancing simplicity with luxury in 36 fully furnished and generously decorated accommodation units, so you feel right at home.

The comfort provided by the innovative design of the residences will allow you to enjoy the services and facilities of a 5* hotel. Nature plays a very important role in this 57,000 sqm property, of which only 17,100 sqm are built. Olive, sandalwood, laurel, mastic, blueberry, and citrus trees have been preserved throughout the estate, as well as shrubs and bushes endemic to the Mediterranean area. The accommodation units blend into the topography of the area, not only through their positioning, but also because they were built from natural rock. The plaster for the rocks was prepared using an old local recipe of hay and olive oil and applied using traditional methods. Green roofs were preferred, as they collect precious rainwater, which is recycled through a water filtration system and used for irrigation.
