Perched on a hillside, the property offers stunning views of the ocean to the south and the tropical hills to the east. It’s the only villa close to Saline Beach, known for its white sands and serene atmosphere. The architectural layout consists of a main building and two guest bungalows, providing ideal accommodations for private guests or staff.
The main house features a spacious living room with large white sofas, offering views of the wild nature and the ocean. The decor is contemporary and comfortable, with soft natural tones and white creating a serene atmosphere. A professional kitchen is available for self-catering or for a private chef, and the dining room can accommodate up to twenty guests. There’s also a second dining table under the covered terrace, perfect for enjoying meals in the gentle island breeze.
Outside, you’ll find a large terrace surrounded by tropical vegetation, featuring two heated swimming pools and sundecks for sunbathing. There’s even a massage area located in the tropical garden palapa, ensuring complete relaxation.
The property boasts six bedrooms. Four are in the main building, offering views of the garden and the ocean, while the other two are in independent guest houses hidden in the garden. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, with refined decoration in mineral hues and modern amenities.
