Riccardo Baracchi is the seventh generation of the Baracchi family to own Il Falconiere. In 1989, he and the love of his life, Silvia, who owned a small restaurant at the time, transformed the family-owned hamlet into one of the finest expressions of Tuscan hospitality, gastronomy, and wine.
