Guests may begin with a cocktail on top of the lighthouse with a 360-degree view of the resort as well as the Indian Ocean. Descending in level but ascending in options, guests will be seated to dynamic flavours crafted from the finest seasonal ingredients and seafood.

Where Wildlife Matters
With marine life at the heart of the InterContinental Maldives, the resort offers a variety of ways to participate in their conservation initiatives. Working in collaboration with the Manta Trust since 2019, the resort has been able to research, educate and share important findings that contribute to the survival of these gentle giants.
Guests may get up close to the manta rays during a guided snorkelling tour, learning about their behaviours and habits. They may also learn how to identify, name and adopt a ray, as each individual has its own pattern upon its belly, allowing scientists to keep track. This ‘Name-and-Adopt-a-Manta’ initiative comes with a one-year membership, a digital adoption pack, a registered chosen name and the chance to support the Manta Trust research team.
